What is Flockrise?Flockrise is an invite-only online community. We offer coaching, courses, and live events to our members. We created Flockrise as an antidote to the hustle culture found on social media to give you the real knowledge and community it takes to build your entrepreneurial mindset.

Who is Flockrise for?Flockrise is for ambitious professionals interested in learning more about entrepreneurship and new ideas. We serve both entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs (people innovating inside a company). Community members work in a variety of professional fields like technology, medicine, and engineering, but are interested in a more entrepreneurial professional path. Flockrise is for you if: You want to talk about entrepreneurship and new ideas, but your friends and colleagues would rather talk about jobs, raises, and promotions You’re working on a side project or startup and are feeling stuck or lonely and would like to meet like-minded peers You’re craving a community of ambitious, successful peers and vetted mentors You’d like to have supportive mentorship and coaching from world-class experts

How much is the community? What does the Flockrise community membership offer?Our community membership for our founding members is $100/month. Our community membership offers access to our 24/7 online community on Circle and 2 monthly live events via Zoom: Office Hours - an opportunity to ask questions to peers and mentors in a live, group format Flocktales - a virtual fireside chat with successful innovators, creators, or entrepreneurs

What types of coaching does Flockrise offer?We offer two types of 1-on-1 coaching via phone or Zoom: Business coaching is for getting advice on specific questions regarding starting your own business or finding a more intrapreneurial job. Business coaching is $500 for a 45 minute session with Melissa. Accountability coaching is for setting goals, creating a strategy for achieving them, and being held accountable on your goals. Accountability coaching is $300 for a 45 minute session with Ali.

What types of courses does Flockrise offer?Flockrise offers asynchronous courses designed specifically for our community. All courses are designed based on the needs and wants of the Flockrise community members.

Do I have to participate in the community, coaching, and courses?All Flockrise community members must join our community. Our accountability and business coaching sessions and courses are available a la cart for an additional fee.
